- The Lake Stevens Downtown Association is a group of citizens and business who work together to make Lake Stevens Downtown a better place to visit.

- The Downtown Association holds a casual meeting over coffee on the second Thursday each month in the Buzz Inn Steak House at 8:00 AM. Check Calendar for updates and schedule changes.
- Yearly membership runs an affordable $50-$125.
LSDA Projects (current and past)
- Organizes and Sponsors the Safe Halloween Downtown for over 15 years.
- Installed the Disc Golf Course at Catherine Creek Park
- The uniquely challenging Disc Golf course see as many as 10,000 rounds of play each year with visitors from all over the area and nation.
- Centennial Kiosk at 20th, the Centenial Trail and Machias Road. Members get first crack at shingles at the Kiosk. Additional Kiosks and other informative options are being considered.
- Improving Downtown Street lighting between Downtown and the Boys and Girls Club.
- Better Bike Trail Access between Downtown and Centennial Trail on 20th and/or Hartford road.
- Helps guide City policies and programs to make Lake Stevens a better place to live.
- If you’ve got a Downtown project you like to see, get involved with the Downtown Association to get your project’s ball rolling towards completion.
